These terms form an integral part of the contract between you and Trangtour International Company Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). A binding contract is established once we issue an official booking confirmation acknowledging receipt of your payment or deposit.

Please review all confirmation details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

1. OUR SERVICE RANGES

As a comprehensive international travel service operator, Trangtours provides clients traveling to Vietnam and surrounding regions with a wide range of travel services:

  • Tour Booking: Customized and fixed itineraries across Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa, Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.) as well as multi-country tours to Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. Activities range from trekking, cycling, and cruising to culinary and cultural experiences.

  • Hotel Reservation: Booking options for curated, high-quality partner hotels and resorts at competitive local rates.

  • Transportation Services: Private car rentals, airport pickups/transfers at major international airports, as well as domestic flight and train ticket bookings.

  • Travel Consultancy: Free professional travel advice to help plan your itinerary.

2. INFORMATION USE & INDEMNIFICATION

2.1. Information Use Regulations

All content on this website—including tour itineraries, pricing, hotel descriptions, transportation details, software infrastructure, text, photos, and media—is proprietary to Trangtours or its licensed content providers.

Services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or adapt any material or design elements obtained from this site without prior written authorization from Trangtours.

2.2. Indemnification

By using our site and services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trangtours, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Use;

  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;

  • Your improper use of this website or provided travel services.

3. RATES & PRICING

  • Unless specified otherwise, all rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Hotel rates are based on single or double occupancy. Tour prices include applicable service charges and local taxes unless explicitly stated.

  • Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for unused accommodation, meals, activities, or sightseeing tours included in the confirmed itinerary that you voluntarily forego during the trip.

  • Exclusions: Rates exclude personal expenses (e.g., laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, tips), optional activities, personal travel insurance, international airfare (unless specified), and extra child/guest charges.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment Methods

Trangtours accepts the following payment options:

  1. Online Credit/Debit Card: Secured online payments via OnePay/PayPal (accepting VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc.).

  2. Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our official corporate bank account (Trangtour International Company Limited). Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  3. Western Union / Wire Transfer: Official receipt details will be sent via email upon request.

  4. Cash: Payments processed directly at our official operating office.

Note: You are responsible for any transaction, currency conversion, or processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.2. Payment Policy

  • Tours, Hotels & Car Rentals: A minimum deposit of 50% (or full payment, depending on the service/season) is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the departure date.

  • Flight & Train Tickets: 100% full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

5.1. Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Trangtours. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written request:

A. Tours, Hotel Bookings & Transportation

  • Cancellation > 30 days before departure: 10% of the total booking cost will be charged as an administrative fee. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellation between 16 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.

  • Cancellation between 8 and 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost, plus any non-refundable penalties imposed by hotels, cruise lines, or local transport operators.

  • Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before departure: 75% of total cost, plus supplier penalty charges.

  • Cancellation < 3 days before departure (or No-Show): 100% cancellation fee (No refund).

B. Airfare & Train Tickets

  • Cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee plus the specific cancellation/exchange penalties enforced by the respective airline or railway company.

C. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days from the date of mutual written confirmation.

5.2. Cancellation by Trangtours

In the rare event that we must cancel a trip prior to departure due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, epidemics, civil unrest, war), Trangtours will notify you immediately. You will be offered:

  1. A full refund of the amount paid to us, OR

  2. An alternative departure date or tour option of equivalent value.

6. FLEXIBILITY & ITINERARY ALTERATIONS

Due to the nature of travel in South East Asia, flexibility is required. While we make every effort to adhere to published itineraries, routes, schedules, hotels, and modes of transport may be modified without prior notice due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or local operational requirements.

7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Trangtours acts as an operator and intermediary for third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, airlines).

We hold no liability for:

  • Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal luggage, cash, or valuables during the trip.

  • Issues related to immigration, entry visas, or customs delays resulting from inaccurate documents provided by the customer.

  • Service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

Claims & Complaints: Any issues or complaints regarding our service must be submitted in writing to Trangtours within 15 days after the completion of the service. Complaints received after this 15-day period will not be eligible for review or resolution.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to external third-party websites for user convenience. Trangtours does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, content, or services of these third-party sites.

9. PRIVACY POLICY
