Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival (L)

Upon arrival, the tour guide will arrange transportation to the city center.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Visit Notre Dame Cathedral and the Century-old Central Post Office.
Check in to the hotel.
Free time for dinner and exploring Nguyen Hue Walking Street or Bui Vien Walking Street.

Day 2: Cu Chi Tunnels Full Day Tour (B/L)

08:30: Depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, located 60km from Ho Chi Minh City. Cu Chi is a historic site famous for its 220km network of underground tunnels used during the war. On the way, enjoy the peaceful countryside scenery with rice paddies and water buffaloes.
Explore the remnants of the fierce battles and gain insight into the resilience of the local people. You may also have the opportunity to try shooting at the firing range (AK-47, M16, or M30).
Lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the city.
14:00: Return to the hotel. Free time for dinner and personal exploration.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta (My Tho) (B/L)

08:15: Pick up from your hotel and depart for My Tho.
Take a motorboat along the Mekong River to view floating houses and fish farms.
Arrive at Thoi Son Islet (Unicorn Island). Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride to the performance venue to listen to Don Ca Tai Tu (traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music, recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage) while tasting seasonal tropical fruits.
Experience a hand-rowed sampan through small canals lined with water coconut trees.
Visit a bee farm, taste honey tea, and observe typical Mekong rural life.
12:30: Lunch break. Afterwards, take a motorboat to a coconut candy workshop to see the production process and shop for souvenirs.
14:00: Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Free time for dinner.

Day 4: City Tour – Departure (B/L)

08:00: After breakfast, check out of the hotel.
Visit the War Remnants Museum, one of Vietnam’s most popular attractions, showcasing exhibits from the Vietnam War.
Visit Thien Hau Temple (Ba Thien Hau Pagoda), a 250-year-old Chinese temple known for its historical and cultural significance.
Stop by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Building (formerly Hotel de Ville). Admire its stunning French colonial architecture and the statue of President Ho Chi Minh in the front park.
Explore Binh Tay Market, a historic wholesale market in Cholon (Chinatown) famous for its unique Chinese-style architecture and diverse range of goods.
Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of the 4D3N journey.
